Added Fields Can Now Be Anywhere

For both "Read Unformatted File" and "Read Standard Job Header" the added field flag can be set for any field, anywhere in the format. This is a small change for "Read Standard Job Header." Previously, added fields had to occur at the end of the record. This is a complete addition for "Read Unformatted File." Previously, added fields were not allowed in unformatted files.
