Bugzilla Arrives at DMAC Web Site

Unibase by DMAC users can now find complete listings of all current bugs and enhancements as well as a growing list of past bugs and enhancements on DMAC’s web site. Just go to www.dmac-unibase.com/support/bugzilla01.htm and click on Bug Reports.

DMAC is keeping only this one database, Bugzilla, on bugs and enhancements. We’ve made it public so that users can see the fine level of support DMAC gives its products. Bugzilla is the great open source bug tracking system developed by the Netscape people.

Keeping Bugzilla public helps to keep the whole area of bug reporting and bug fixing more accurate and objective. The number and nature of reported bugs will be available and obvious to any interested party as will the success and timing of bug fixes. At DMAC we can be sure that reported bugs don’t fall through the cracks and our customers can easily track the progress on their bugs and determine the quality of the support they are receiving.

DMAC’s Bugzilla may look somewhat intimidating at first glance, but proves to be quite intuitive upon closer examination. In addition, we have included a page of simple instructions. Please don’t hesitate to contact us on the "Talk To Us" page if you have questions or need help.
