Multiple Destinations For AID Verbs
Allows Easy Migration

Sometimes DMAC runs into a feature which can be added easily which may or may not help the user. Multiple Destinations for some AID Verbs is such a feature. The feature allows easy computer conversion/migration from some of DMAC’s competitors products so it is good in that respect.

Our developers feel that it just hides the clarity and purpose of the AID language. Programmers can use it to make programs more complicated looking. The feature does not speed up the drun processing.

So what does it look like in the AID language?

"move ‘ABC’ to var1 var2 var3."

While the above is fairly clear; what about

"multiply 5 times var1 var2 var3."

DMAC would recommend that this feature not be used unless you like programs which do not read well in English or Spanish.
