Short Name Support Helps Older Versions Convert

Another special Unibase by DMAC environment flag has been set up to help those converting from releases 7.1 and earlier. These older versions have shorter name definitions than the current versions in places in the menu structure.

With this environment flag the user can continue to have the old name length in the menu structure -- and not have to convert keystroke macros. The several 6.0 and 7.1 conversions this summer needed this extra friendly system interface.
