Moving Up To Release 7.4i So Easy Demo Users Do It

Most of you all know that a demo copy of Unibase by DMAC is freely sent to anyone who wants to evaluate the Unibase by DMAC environment. Recently, a prospect who had received a demo copy of Unibase by DMAC release 7.3i, ordered a Network copy which arrived at their site at release level 7.4i.

The prospect called our hotline to verify that two different versions were at the prospect's site. Hotline sent them a demo copy release 7.4i and said to call when it arrived and the hotline people would step them through the upgrade. No one called. After two days, (we always ship next day air), Tina Kay called to find out what was wrong.

Prospect says nothing wrong; upgrade was so easy did not need to talk to anyone about doing it. The upgrade went fine. I think this is great testimony to our menu upgrade procedure.
