Bill Baber Strengthens DMAC Hotline SupportFour Years Hotline Experience Previously, he headed hotline support for four years for a MSDOS/Windows MIDI product. He brings this expertise to DMAC; but must learn the Unibase by DMAC Environment. Bill Learns Unibase Doing Projects To learn the Unibase environment, Bill chose his own first project. The result was a Unibase by DMAC based system to catalog CD's, LP records, and tapes by author, subject and what not. Penn Avera and Gary Nelson helped expand the scope of the project for him. When pretty, the system will be available for downloading from the BBS. His second project Tina chose. Reaching back into the archives she dusted off the written documentation on the old (1970's era; remember we at DMAC go back to 1967 in the data entry business) Nixdorf 600 based menuing system for the accounts receivable modules. Tina has always just run the individual modules -- but soon the modules again will be menu driven. User Suggested DMAC Add Bill Now Our commitment to meet user needs means that as the number of installs per quarter continue to grow we will add people to keep our service level as high as we can. We thank Jason Cohen of ILM for first telling us we needed to be thinking about adding another person for hotline support. When we called him to tell him about Bill; his comment -- "About Time." We appreciate clients helping us to keep our service top notch with their suggestions and enhancement requests.
