dmac-unibase.com Expands With More Client Support

dmac-unibase.com,  DMAC's  web site, is in  the  process  of expanding with new client support related features.

By  the  time this newsletter is out, a new  site  map  will enable users to quickly go to the appropriate spot on DMAC's site.

A  text  search  of the newsletters will  also  be  present. Soon a  text  search  of  the  entire  site  will  be supported.

The  download  process for the image entry  and  data  entry presentations will be changed to attachments to email rather than require users to wait for the download.

The  current Unibase by DMAC and Unibase Imaging  literature will be on the web site.

Reference  pages for users, dealers, and suppliers  will  be enabled.   If  a cross link is desired (mutual  of  course), contact Carolyn Avera (cavera@dmac-unibase.com).

Specifically for support clients, frequently asked questions and  related  answers  from  our  knowledge  base  will   be provided.  DMAC is moving to a dedicated web  connection  so that  submission of a question to this area can be  answered as quickly as possible. Thus the knowledge base will be only in one area. Also, the on-line browser based manual will  be present.

A  frequently asked question section will also be  available to   all   site  visitors  --  but  mainly   about   product capabilities.

Carolyn Avera, Susan Masters, Liz Wilson and almost everyone else at DMAC have been working hard to bring these and other web based items to fruition.
