Both the beginning course and the advanced course have  been equally  well received.  The imaging course has not been  in demand.  Tina  Kay sits down for the majority of July to produce  the first  week's  course  on CD-ROM.  She  figures  the  CD-ROM tutorial will be available by late Fall, 1999.

After  the  CD-ROM  is available,  Tina  will  delegate  the teaching of the first week's Fundamentals to someone else on her  staff. Yes, we traded Tina having to teach  the  course for  Tina putting the course on CD-ROM. Tina plans to  teach the   second   week's  course  until  she   has   a   better understanding of what clients want to learn in the  advanced course.

We  will be looking for feedback on the training CD-ROM.  It will  be multimedia . Tina plans to use the feedback on  the CD-ROM  to  determine whether it can be  expanded  to  cover advanced topics or whether another CD-ROM is needed. Yes, we do  not know at this time how fully packed the first  CD-ROM will be.

DMAC  is trying to pass on the knowledge to our  clients  as well as possible. We are experimenting; so if any ideas come to  you on improving our client support, send them along  to Tina Kay or me. We want DMAC's support to continue to be the best there is.
