TAWPI comes to Baltimore in July -
DMAC hosts special interest group

TAWPI (The Association for Workstation Process Improvement) will hold its 30th annual Forum & Exposition, Work Process 2000, in Baltimore from July 16 through July 19. DMAC will be in booth 1040, next to the TAWPI Bookstore/Cyber café, showing its new WebBase product extension for Unibase by DMAC and Unibase Imaging. WebBase enables Data Capture Service Providers to support data entered over the web. WebBase also brings Unibase Imaging to UNIX and LINUX servers. At the show users will be able to access a web based server and a local LINUX server for speed comparisons.

On Sunday, July 16, at 5:00 PM, DMAC will host the Data Capture Providers Special Interest Group (SIG) reception. Refreshments will be served and camaraderie encouraged.

On Monday, July 17, from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM, Frederick C. Tarbox III (Rick to us at DMAC) will give a talk on “Using the Web for Distributed Data Entry.” (See the separate article about Rick’s speech.)
