Unibase.ini File
in Bin Directory
Enhances Setting
DMAC Environment

New in Unibase by DMAC, release 7.41i, now in the quality assurance (QA) check-out process, is the unibase.ini file in the bin directory.

Tailored After Other .ini Files

This unibase.ini file enables setting of the environment variables within a running Unibase by DMAC program so that when the program ends the environment variables disappear.

If a Unibase by DMAC program executes from the bin directory, it will automatically add, or supersede, any previously declared environment variables with those referenced in the unibase.ini file.

User Can Have Unique Environment

The Unibase.ini file structure allows a common section and as many as desired individual sections for setting of environment variables. Individual settings can be specified with an environment variable.
