Root 3 advertizes that Root 3 does not sell "off the shelf solutions". Before Root 3 can propose a system, they must first understand each client's particular needs.

As do most Unibase by DMAC dealers, Root 3 performs the system integrator functions. They have been very successful in helping their clients install image based systems in the UK.

This summer Root 3 and their client Dowerhill, won a Document Mangement Industry Award for 1996. The award was for the work described in the Summer, 1995, The Unibase Technical Review article "OCR Coupled with Unibase Fills Tall Order for Root 3".

Root 3 has developed Image Batching software using the Unibase by DMAC AID language which integrates "OCR for Forms®" with Unibase by DMAC.
