At the time, the client needed to be able to output packed decimal. So when client testing found the output process worked, the testing stopped.

Now along comes John C from EMD with sufficient data to test Input Packed Decimal (odd length, negative field was the stopper). We at DMAC went to work, and now the feature is effective. We thank John and all our clients who want a feature and provide the data to test it.
