Getting ready for the year 2000, this summer a large database oriented client of DMAC upgraded from Unibase by DMAC release 7.3i to release 7.45i.

The upgrade went smoothly; biggest problem was implementing features which were set up for the user in 7.3i and had made it into the standard release with environment variables.

We mention this because we have other clients using 7.3i on Tandem who have not updated for year 2000 compliance. Release 7.3i was not compliant for year 2000.

With all the new features in Unibase by DMAC Release 7.45i, we at DMAC were happy to see a very complicated, user menu driven site upgrade so easily.
