| 2000 Dates Set for Client Education
Courses
In 2000 DMAC offers four one-week courses each quarter at our location at the Sarah Zane Firehouse in Winchester. This includes a new course on "Unibase the Net." Each course assumes knowledge equivalent to the prior course. Please call your representative at DMAC if you wish to attend one of the four courses. Their times are as follows: 1) "Introduction to Unibase by DMAC" is a beginning course for those who are familiar with a computer, (PC literate) but not familiar with data entry techniques and styles. January 24, 2000 to January 28, 2000 May 1, 2000 to May 5, 2000 August 7, 2000 to August 11, 2000 October 16, 2000 to October 20, 2000 2) "Advanced Techniques in the Unibase Environment" is an advanced course on using indexed files, importing and exporting files, script files, custom menus, and special interest items. January 31, 2000 through February 4, 2000 May 8, 2000 through May 12, 2000 August 14, 2000 through August 18, 2000 October 23, 2000 through October 27, 2000 3) "Unibase Imaging" is a course on keying from image including setting up an imaging job, feeding image data to the Unibase environment, queuing work for operators, and exporting data tied to images. February 7, 2000 through February 11, 2000 May 15, 2000 through May 19, 2000 August 21, 2000 through August 25, 2000 October 30, 2000 through November 3, 2000 4) "Unibase the Net" is a course on running the Unibase environment on either an intranet or the Internet using a web browser as the client's workstation. It includes setting up a web server, attaching "Unibase the Net" to a web page, and setting "Unibase the Net" security. May 23, 2000 through May 27, 2000 August 29, 2000 through September 2, 2000
